Year
2003 just came and went away. But it did not leave our recent
memory for nothing. Hong Kong's efforts in resuscitating its
battered economy found a major stumbling block in the form of
an invisible enemy and the world watched with deep apprehension
as America and its allies waged war against Iraq's Saddam Hussein
for the second time in as many decades.
Let's take a short travel back in time and relive the moments
